CLASSIC MASSAGES

Therapeutic massage (classic) with treatment of trigger points

An intensive massage that soothes your nerves, improves your mood and relaxes tense muscles through traditional techniques. It works on many levels, improves joint function, oxygenates the whole body, improves blood flow and muscle elasticity. It increases serotonin production and makes the skin firmer.

Deep tissue sports massage

Warms, regenerates and heals. A deep and intensive treatment based on elements of Swedish massage but using other techniques, including stretching. This massage mainly involves manipulation of the soft tissues and can be used before or after sporting activity or exercise. Stress and tension that builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity is eliminated. This treatment is powerful.

Back – trigger point therapy

More often than not, people who choose this massage suffer from chronic back pain, so I select the techniques individually. I often combine the massage with the use of hot stones. The intensity of the massage depends on the person’s preference. The areas massaged are not only the back, but the whole upper limbs, neck and head.

Relaxation massage with essential oils

An invigorating full body massage performed with a blend of natural aromatic oils. This massage is a combination of Ayurvedic philosophy and acupressure techniques. The slow and flowing movements of the massage have a calming and relaxing effect. And the essential oils help to dynamically change the mood and have an antidepressant effect.

Relaxation with Shea/macadamia/jojoba butter

Luxurious treatment with Shea butter (moisturises, softens and smooths the skin). Macadamia oil (firms, smooths and revitalises), jojoba oil (rejuvenates, firms and has an antibacterial effect). Great for dry, flabby and mature skin. The masseuse uses smooth, slow movements to thoroughly distribute the product, to relax, unwind and nourish.

Anti-cellulite manual

Intense and powerful massage of cellulite-affected areas such as the abdomen, thighs and buttocks. It tightens and firms the skin, breaks down fat tissue and improves the metabolism. Effective and long-lasting results are only achieved with regular massage sessions and in combination with exercise and a suitable diet.

Full-body massage supplements

Scrub before the massage – A sugar or salt scrub is used to remove dead, calloused skin. Skin prepared in this way is more susceptible to absorbing nutrients during the massage. After the treatment, the skin is smoothed, fresh and nourished. Also recommended before going out in the sun for a more permanent and even tan.

An additional 30 minutes of massage – focusing on a selected part of the body e.g. back, legs or head and face.
