Cancellation of the reservation at least 48 hours before the visit. After the deadline, the visit will be considered completed.
Gift vouchers with personal collection or in electronic version.
The voucher use time is approx. 3 months. After the expiry date, it can be extended, after paying an additional 30% of the voucher value.
